Originally founded in 2006 by Angela Brits, we have earned a reputation for providing efficient, expedient service with a highly personal touch to our clientele in the areas of property law and conveyancing.

Angela Brits – B. Proc, LLB (Notary & Conveyancer) obtained the degrees B. Proc (1996) & LL. B (1999) from the University of Johannesburg, and was admitted as an Attorney on 19 January 1999, as a Conveyancer on 2 September 2003 and as a Notary in December 2010.

After completion of her articles she joined the firm Van Zyl Roos Attorneys & Conveyancers as a Professional Assistant. During her employ at Van Zyl Roos, she gained experience in High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation, Sequestrations, Liquidations, Divorces, Labour matters, Criminal matters as well as Conveyancing (Transfers, Bond Registrations for Nedbank and Standard Bank).On 1 February 2002 Angela became a partner.

On 1 March 2003 Angela decided she needed more exposure and she joined the firm JM Attorneys as a Professional Assistant where she headed up their Conveyancing, Litigation and Administration departments. During February 2004 Angela was approached by a partner of her erstwhile firm who requested her to head Mothlasedi Van Zyl Attorneys’ Conveyancing Department, which she accepted. After all the experience and knowledge she obtained throughout her career, Angela decided that she needed a new challenge and commenced practicing for her own account on 1 August 2006.
